Carla Cates - General Manager
Carla came to the building in 1994 as General
Manager, overseeing everything from maintenance to leasing.

Ron Fisher - Assistant Property Manager
Since 1979, Ron has been a familiar face at
National City Tower. As the building’s Assistant Property Manager,
Ron is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, security and all other
day-to-day operations including dock access. If you have any problems
or questions in these areas,

Melanie Doyon - Senior Property Accountant
Melanie has been a member of the building staff since
1996.
As Senior Property Accountant, she handles all of the financial matters of the building,
as well as, lease and contract administration,
insurance certificates, and our website and its maintenance.

Jaime Beswick -
Administrative/Marketing Assistant
Jaime
has been at
National City Tower since July 2007. She is the first
voice you hear when calling the office. Jaime also
handles our tenant lobby events, the tenant newsletter, and

Kent Kron - Chief Engineer
Kent has been at
National City Tower since 1983. He is the building’s chief
